Cinnamon Apple and Lupin Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Lupin Flakes (30g)
  • 1/4 cup organic rolled oats
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 medium apple, grated or diced
  • Water and/or plant-based milk
  • Toppings of choice: coconut flakes, cacao nibs, hemp seeds, peanut butter

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients, except for toppings and sweetener (maple syrup/honey), in a pot and cover with water.
  2. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the water is soaked up. If needed, add a little more water. Alternatively, cook with plant-based milk for a creamier taste.
  3. Top with your toppings of choice and drizzle some maple syrup or honey on top!
